Purchased Toto Guinevere toilet. Changing out handle?

We just ordered the Toto Guinevere toilet and see that it comes with a chrome finished flush handle. Is this a specific handle made for this specific toilet since it hangs vertically? Or, will any replacement handle work? We would like to change it to better match a hammered copper finish sink.

Any recommendations on where to purchase the handle in a different finish?

There is a specific handle for it it is the THU231.
What we do is send the chrome trip lever to a "Plater" that can plate the trip lever in different finishes and most times works out cheaper than buying a different finish trip lever.
