Toto Soiree issue

I renovated my bathroom over the summer, I had a plumber help me install the new Soiree toilet. Everything has been fine, but this morning, I noticed that it was not flushing. I would push the lever it would take some water down and make the flushing noise, but the paper is still in there. It is not overflowing, so I know the pipe isn't frozen. What could be the issue? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

If you have a five gallon bucket, pour that directly into the bowl, that may move the blockage.

Sounds like something in the trapway.
