When i removed the bolts and pulled the bowl, that's all i saw. I was looking for a flange or something that the bolts were screwed to but no luck .

My first hope was to use that push in flange and screw down to the new plywood subfloor (to be tiled) but after doing some research here, I'm kinda feeling that that isn't the best solution.

The pipe is soft and bends easily so i think its lead? (from a 1938 house) on the second floor. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
