bath overflow

I'm trying to find a cover for my bath overflow and it seems to be an old design that isn't around any more.. instead of 1 or 2 holes in the top it has four holes (for screws) around the outside edge.. the old one was disposed of by a tenant in my house..

does anyone have an idea where I could get a cover for this kind of overflow drain..

I would advise putting a new tub shoe on the tub. That is ancient! Newer model tub shoes with overflows are pretty universal and you can get different finishes and styles.(snap-on, screw on)
