Leak Detection
Every time the sprinkler system comes on the pipes in the walls rattle loudly like an earthquake. Is this caused bu air pressure in pipes? What can i stop this?

Not air, maybe water hammer.
I would install a hammer arrestor in the system near the valve that opens and closes for the irrigation.
