Moen kitchen faucet spout

Hi.
I have a washerless Moen faucet in the kitchen and i have noticed that turning the spout from side to side has become very difficult. Is there anything I can do to return it to previous state.

An O-ring kit is available, probably free, from 800-BUY-MOEN. Be sure to use a little silcone faucet grease on the new o-rings.
