Delta Single handle kitchen faucet not working

I have a delta sigle handle kitchen faucet, which stopped working. No water, either from faucet or sprayer. I replaced the springs and the diverter, now I am getting water from the sprayer but the new delta diverter still shuts off the water to the main faucet.
Any idea how to fix the problem.

Sounds like dirt/debri has entered into the faucet and has clogged it. Check for that below and disconnect the water supplies to see if established flow is there.

Thank you for your reply, and I will try to do this right now and hope it will work.

I think the problem was even simpler than that, I drained the lines and than minimal water start coming through. I opened the screen on the top of faucet and that was completely clogged with calcium deposits.
Thank you very much for your help, I almost bought a new faucet.
