as$!! Had toilet issues in our new house, his forum informed me of my problem. Didn't realize how expensive toilets can be, called around local stores for Toto Drake prices. Terry's prices are by far the lowest. Ordered through him, he helped locate me the closest will-call location and I was able to pick up my new toilet within hours.
