Toto Aquia II bowl water level

My Toto toilet bowl water is set too low. It splashes during usage (yak). Like to know if I can adjust the water level thru the flush tower. If there is a pointer to instruction that will be great help.

The water spot or water level in a toilet bowl is determined by the height of the weir that is cast in the interior of the toilet. There is no adjustment that can be made.
