How to pipe for relocate vanity lav ???

Need to relocate (sideways, riser in wall is existing) an existing lav for a new cabinet.

All will be accessible from cabinet doors in front.

Just wondering, code and otherwise, if it makes sense.

Do we need the CO ?

Any other suggestions ?
