We've had a Toto Carlyle for about ten years. It has not served us well. It cracked at the bottom of the tank and leaks. The flusher broke off; the ball has been replaced a few times - each time we had to get replacement parts from a plumbing supply house on line. We originally got a Toto because we heard they were such great toilets and because, at the time, it was the only skirted one. But I think this is the worst toilet we've ever had. It is not under warranty and Toto has been very unhelpful. On the other hand, we have a few Kohler products and when anything has gone wrong with them Kohler was extremely helpful and sent us replacement parts, immediately, for free.
We need a new SKIRTED toilet (so much easier to clean). Does anyone have a good recommendation? We are not looking to spend a fortune.

Ten years.
Any Lowes Hardware would have carried flappers for the Toto.
The flush handle could be replaced by one made for the Eljer side mount.
Trip levers are generic.

I didn't realize that Kohler had started shipping free parts.
They always charge me and the other plumbers.
