The 3/8" supply line inside the faucet body appears to be leaking. Is there a way to remedy this? Is there a way to access the interior of the faucet body to tighten the supply hose?

The seal below the cartridge appears to be in good shape. If replacing the seal doesn't remedy the situation, I thought replacing the supply line may. Just not sure if that is possible.

Thank you!

The hoses are most likely threaded into the faucet. If you don't hold back on the hose when tightening them to the supply stops then you have the possibility of unscrewing them from the faucet while you are tightening to the stop. Turn off the stops, disconnect the hose from the stop, check if hose rotates freely, tighten clockwise, and reconnect to the stops, but be sure to hold the hose so it does not spin. Turn on the stops and check for leaks.
