Corner toilet

Has anyone used a corner toilet? Considering using one in a small bathroom remodel to save space. Looks like Kohler used to make one. Haven't seen any in showrooms, or from the big manufacturers, so wondering if there is a downside to them.

There are lots of toilets that score well on the MaP test but don't perform well in the bathroom.
