Toto Promenade's True Height

Hi,

I'm considering the Promenade because I want a 16 to 16.5 inch high toilet. The Promenade is listed on Toto's website as ADA compliant, which I thought meant that it had that height requirement. However, the Toto site doesn't seem to list the bowl height, and the only place online I could find that listed the height has it as the old fashioned 14 and 5/8.

What's the true height? Am I confused about what qualifies for ADA?

The CST724 Promenade was 14-5/8"

The new CST424 Promenade is 16-1/8"
which gains an inch with the seat, to make it ADA at 17"
