Terry,

I want to plumb in a utility sink in a house that is built on slab in Texas. My plans are to run my drain along the walls through the studs and I have Three 90 degree bends to make. I am going to use 2" plastic pipe. My questions are: How high off the floor should the rough in pipes be for water service and drain and how much drop should I have to the Clothes washer drain line. Also what size hole saw shall I use to bring the pipes through the studs?

Clothes washer must be a 2" drain, and that cannot be shared by any other fixtures, at least under the UPC. All drain lines must slope a minimum of 1/4" per foot. Meaning if you have a 10' section of pipe, one end must be 2½" lower than the other end\
