Inline flow restrictor

I have new bath and kitchen faucets with too much flow. They both have non-standard aerators (foreign made). Does anyone know if there are inline flow restrictors I could install between the angle stops and supply hoses? Where could I find them?

They are made, but usually come with specific faucets. I have never seen them available separately.
