As part of my basement remodeling project I have installed a receptacle near where one day I hope to place a new toilet.

What plug in toilets are available out there? I know there is the top-of-the-line Toto but that might be out of my price range. Are there any others that use the services of an electrical wall outlet?

It has a 1950s rough-in (yet to be tested) that is about 10-12 inches from the finished wall.

plug in

Kohler has a couple of plug in toilets. The power is used to energize a water pump that does the flushing. You can add heated seats to any toilet.

Well, maybe I'll treat myself to a top-of-the-range Toto.
