Neutralizer backwash HELP.

When my Neutralizer backwashes the water in my toilets and faucets gets dirty.

I have a pre-filter before the neutalizer tank.

I have a high clay content in my water.

What can be causing the dirty water to come back into my house?

What type AN filter do you have? Upflow or downflow/backwashed?

If backwashed, what brand and model of control valve and what size AN filter; in cuft or tank size?

What micron rating prefilter?
