broken pipe in deep well?

I was pulling old pump up out of deep well about 45 feet when pipe broke and well went to bottom with about 20 ft of pipe attached to it any suggestions on fishing out pipe and pump the well casing is 4inch thanks for any help

You can fish yourself with a few pieces of PVC pipe threaded together and something on the end to grab, stab or otherwise get hold of the broken end or the cable. Put a T handle on the pipe so you don't loose it down the well.
