Second Geo-Thermal Question

For those of you who do Geo-Thermal wells, what do you do to prevent the double loop pipes from coming up out of the well as you're grouting or after you've finished grouting. I had this happen on Friday. We were all finished and I noticed the pipes starting to raise out of one of the wells. I had to ratchet strap the pipes to the well casing to prevent them from coming out any further. They only came up a foot before I caught and stopped it. What do you think would cause this?

Grouting is done outside the casing, so how would that effect the pipe inside the casing unless something was wrong and the grout was getting into the well? Or the pipes coming up has nothing to do with the grouting.
