choosing undermount kitchen sink

I'm planning to get new kitchen countertops and am looking for a white undermount sink. I saw a "moenstone" (some type of granite composite) sink on the internet and I'm wondering if it's any good. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not familiar with "Moenstone". However I installed Soapstone(they might be the same) in my house and I have no complaints after 2 years.
