Can I redirect a vent horizontally on the 2nd floor if all it vents are the KS and DW on the first floor? I want to put a window in the 2nd floor bath and the vent is in the way. I need to run it horizontally for about 2' no more than 30" off the 2nd floor. The vent will then turn vertical and continue up to the attic where it currently ites in to another vent.

As long as the vent is connected only to first floor fixtures, you can run horizontal. ( Always maintain some slight slope back towards the sewer end, so condensation or rain cannot puddle up in a belly.
