Pump Problem

We just moved to our new house about 9 months ago. Went from city water to well/septic. When we first moved we never had great pressure but lately the pressure is terrible. Definitely can't run more than one thing (faucet, washer, shower, etc) at once. The pump is located in the garage (right next to the hot water heater) but i have no clue how it works.

I'm still within the 1 year home warranty so I can call someone to come out if I need but wanted to check here first to see if there might be a simple solution.

Sorry. New house to us. The house was built around 2001 and the well at the same time. Not exactly sure how old the pump is.

One thing to add. I just figured out where the pressure gauge is and it is reading Zero. So i'm assuming the pump isn't even working.
