any opinions on quality levels between these brands? Can anyone list them best to worst?

Can't help with 'best', but I ended up with a Jason air tub www.jasoninternational.com (http://www.jasoninternational.com). Run by a son of Jacuzzi. Another one I looked at was www.baneultra.com (http://www.baneultra.com). Might give you a few more choices to look at.

For what it's worth, my wife and I went with the BaneUltra (Thalassa 55) airjet tub and would buy another one.
