vertical jet well single pipe leaking at adapter

I have a sta rite vertical, deep well, single pipe (pvc) well for irrigation.
this winter a freeze caused the output line to the 5 station manifold to freeze and crack.
Now when I turn on the well the entire pump and motor assembly rise up and water leaks fron the base of the adapter?
Could someone please help me?
