One Vent and Two Tanks

Hi,
There are two 40 gallon tanks on one vent. Is this acceptable?

The standard size that comes off of most water tanks.

ONLY if it is large enough for both of them. Two 3" heater vents into a 3" flue would NOT be acceptable.

Was talking about the flue going into the ceiling.

Sorry, Yes it's all 3"

I sized the vent with a local plumbing/heating guy and it looks like 5" after they connect. Thanks for the help.
