Size of Toto Drake base?

We want to get the Toto Drake ADA toilet (CST744SL) but we are concerned that it may leave a gap where our old toilet was. The floor tiles just come up to the old toilet and stop, in other words, the old toilet wasn't pulled up to put the new tiles underneath. We wondered about the dimensions of the Toto Drake where it meets the floor. Or would the Ultramax or something else have a larger base that might cover up this problem? Any info or ideas would be appreciated.

The Drake and the Ultramax will cover most footprints.
