The 3/4" PVC pipe, taking condensate from A/C at furnace unit, broke off at the elbow that is sunk into the concrete, basement floor. From the furnace cabinet, it runs across the floor about three feet to the elbow and down into the ground underneath. Is there any way to easily fix this?

Not really, but it might not be too difficult. You will have to chip out the concrete around the pipe about 2" to 3" deep and wide enough to get to the pipe to cut the broken elbow off. This should leave a pipe stub at least 1" long. This will have to be cleaned of any concrete sticking to it. Then glue a coupling to the stub and go from there. The floor can be patched easily with any of several patching products. Be careful not to break the pipe while chipping or you will have to go deeper. If you have access to a roto-hammer/drill it would be fairly easy. Might want to consider Schedule 80 PVC for replacement pieces, it's much heavier duty than Schedule 40.
