Cord control for over the fireplace TV mounting

We just mounted our flat panel TV above our fireplace. It is a brick facade to the ceiling. Mounting went well but we are having trouble figuring out what to do with the cords that hang down. We would like to get a mantle as we don't have one yet but wondered if there was one that would hide these wires. Any suggestions?

I think many of the mantels would hide the wiring.
It wouldn't take much to notch or add some holes for the wiring.

My finish carpenter used to make my mantels on site.
We would have some discussion, and pretty quick he was all done.

I have had some good experiences with this company. Order a wood one if you are going to drill holes in it.
