Please help. I had all of my cast iron plumbing all the way to 6" main sewage line replaced with ABS. I'm going to pour concrete and everything is fine except the the cleanout in the floor. It is out of plumb vertically. A 22.5 degree 4" elbow is too much to of an angle to plumb this. I also tried a Sioux Cheif Finish Line cleanout with optional shims to at least level the nickel/brass cleanout cover, but this didn't level it either. If I pour this floor, one side of the cleanout will be above grade and present a tripping hazard. Is there a way to solve this without digging this back out and replacing what the plumber already did?
Thanks to anyone who can help.

How much vertical height is there to play with? Could the pipe have been distorted when backfilling?
