which stays cleaner?

I'd love the advice of this group: Which stays cleaner, a 1.28 gpf toilet or a 1.6/0.9 dual flush?

That is, when it comes to a clean bowl, is it more important to have more standing water in the bowl or a bigger flush?

I don't know about the water capacities, but I have a Cimarron made by Kohler, and I would not buy one ever again. It flushes ok, but it is one miserable toilet to keep clean, just letting you know incase, you are thinking of buying.

The 1.6 stays cleaner.
Though if you need more rinse, just hold the handle down a bit.
