Royal Monterey 1009 dual flush toilet

Has anyone heard of this toilet? I've ordered one for a bathroom we are building in our basement and am looking for install instructions for our plumber.

I'm not a pro, so the fact I have never heard of this may or may not mean too much. However, I did a bit of Googling and find it is referred to as "European". This could mean problems with installation because of metric fittings adapting to US plumbing. It also might be a real problem getting simple repair parts such as flappers and fill valves. Knowing no more than that, I would stay clear of it and buy a Toto.
