Air in spring fed water line

Have a 2" pvc gravity fed water line from spring to cabin. Water at cabin is very "milky". If I fill a glass with water, the "milky" color (air?) eventually goes away and we have a very clear glass of water. How do I get clear water, not milky water. The spring end of the water line is open (not a closed system).
