Yup, just like it says.
I'd like to put some sort of LED or indicator lamp so I know when my element is powered. It's a solar storage tank, but my question isn't really solar related.
I stopped at Radio Shack but the kid didn't know much. So what type of lamp can I wire into a 240v loop? I'm sure it would have to be one helluva resistor if I wanted an LED, but that's why I'm asking....
There must be some sort of way to provide indication that the element is powered.

You could probably find a neon bulb spec'ed for that voltage. http://www.action-electronics.com/pilotlights.htm#220
