Great forum. First post....
Just discovered a waste drain (3") coming from
upstairs that's leaking. Looks to be a drywall screw
hole.
The leak is droplets. Enough to soak my drywall
over a few days.
Drain goes directly into the slab.
See the Leak (http://www.maximumreferrals.com/leak.jpg)
Sleeving it is not going to work.
What advice would you have to try to fix this?
PS: The drain is behind a wall in a closet.
