I am interested in buying the Toto CST454CEFG. THe specs call for a 12" reach with a wall clearance of 1 1/2" . My distance from the holddown bolts to the wall is 11 1/2 ". Can I still use this TOTO model? Thanks, jillmarty

With 11-1/2" rough in you would still have 3/4" gap between the wall and the tank, so you have lot's of room.
