Kohler Cimarron elongated toilet

Can I get some up to date advice on whether I should purchase a Kohler Cimarron elongated toilet? I have read most of the reader reviews but they were dated from 2004-2006. The big problem seemed to be the the ineffective rinse after flushing. Has the "rinse" problem been fixed? Do they now work better? Or, should I consider another model or brand?

It appears that the newer class 6 Cimarron has improved the bowl wash. This guy shows the difference between the two just using salt and pepper around the bowl. The Class 5 flushing system did not clear the sides of the bowl after 3 flushes, but the Class 6 did on the first flush.

Why run the risk with another Kohler? Very few participants on this forum have much use of them. Now would be a good time to install a Toto.
