Cleanout on 3" drain line

I'm remodeling a bathroom that involves a complete rearrangement of the plumbing. Thanks to others in this forum, I have the configuration nailed down.

I need to install a cleanout, however I cannot place it at the end of the line since the toilet drain is there (long sweep 3" elbow).

I have two questions:
1: Is the fitting in the attached picture code worthy? I like it because it will allow me to snake in eather direction.
2: Do I need to be concerned about the number of connections on this drainline with regard to a potential for slowing down solid waste and creating a clog in the line? The drain is a straight shot and has the following connections soon after the toilet long sweep elbow (at the end of the drain line).

In order of appearance:
Long sweep elbow for toilet.
3x2 wye for lavatory drain entrance
3x3x3 cleanout
3x2 wye for shower drain entrance
PVC to Cast Iron Mission Coupler

Many jurisdictions do not allow it for the very reason you stated. It does allow the snaking in either direction, but once it is underwater due to a stoppage, that fitting is not directional and the snake can go whichever direction it wants to. It can be very difficult to "make" the snake go in the desired direction
