How to mount wall hung toilet...what type of wax ring?

Hi, we are replacing our old wall-hung toilet with a new model and can find no advice on choosing a wax ring type. We have installed a regular floor mounted toilet before....does it use the same method & materials? Any help would be usefull. Thanks

Go to a plumbing supply house and ask for a wall hung closet gasket. Josam, Smith, Wade and Zurn all make good ones. These are not standard wax rings, so if the counterman tries to sell you a wax ring, ask for the manager and make your request to him.
