Should buy a house with ipex kitec

Hello, I need help I'm buying a house my fisrt one and the inspector told me that the house had IPEX KITEC ( meaning the pipes could have problems and i will have to change all the pipes

) Is that true? and if a buy the house, how much will cost to fix the problem? I'm on Nevada Clark county. thank you

Ipex

IF it should ever need to be replaced the cost could only be determined by a physical inspection of the house. It COULD cost $4,000, plus wall repairs, or it could cost $14,000, or more, depending on the specific situation.

Google will provide you lots of information about all the Kitec lawsuits in Nevada and the status.

A repipe could run $4k to +++. If a leak were to occur at the wrong place, wrong time.......that could run $25K to $100K easy.
