Fixing a crack in poured foundation....

After starting some reno projects, I have found a few cracks in my poured foundation. I have not experienced any leaking problems from these cracks, but there are signs that some minor leaking has occurred sometime in the past (before I lived in the house).

Can I fix these myself? How can I do this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Epoxy Injection, it's expensive but works quite well. Found at your building supply.

Usually comes in two parts and turns to a hard shellac when cured.

Hydrauic cement might work, but whatever caused the cracks will probably do it again.
