Aqua Booster?

I have had no measurable hot water for weeks now, we have a 2001 installed boiler and my Heating guy is telling me the coil is bad and I need to install a 30 gallon aqua booster? he is quoting us $1,450.00 for tank and install, is this a good deal?

The aqua booster still depends on that old plugged up coil that is probably close to springing a leak anyway. I'd cap it off and use one of these...
