leaking Kohler K-15160 kitchen faucet

Hello, I have a Kohler K-15160 Coralais Sincle control pull out spray. It has been installed and working fine for 4 years now, and has just started leaking from the little hole on the top of the hub when the water is turned on.

I am trying to figure out what to do. Any suggestions?

Give Kohler a call at 1-800-456-4537. Explain the problem about the water coming out of the hole on the rear of the spout. It is the vacuum breaker assembly. They will send you a replacement.
