i have a toilet and bathroom sink that sometimes work fine, and sometimes they do not drain.( in a mobile home) They were fine until a couple months ago. the shower in the same bath drains fine, as does the rest of the home. there is an aav under the sink that i took off, and made no difference. any ideas?

Crawl on under the house and check the pitch of the drain line.
