draft from baseboard

What do you guys do about drafty baseboards. I can feel the draft coming through the baseboard mouldings with no visible cracks. It's on the first floor. I have access to the floor from the basement ceiling. Any ideas?

I used a clear silcone to seal around the baseboard on mine. It helped quite a bit. A polyseam seal.

Yeah, but there are no visible cracks or openings. It's wierd. I just put my hand there and I can feel the draft.
