I currently have a 15" space from center of drain pipe to back of finished wall, are there any adapters or fittings to create less than 2" of space from the wall to the tank on a 14" toilet rough in (really 13")? I currently have tile installed on concrete basement floor making the situation more difficult.

A toto with the 14" unifit adapter typically has 3/4" behind it, so if yours is at 15", you'd have 1-3/4". That adapter only works with the Totos designed for it.
