CPVC gluing wait time in cold temps

Can says 2hrs at 60F and longer with colder temps but doesn't say much beyond that.

Temps here are single digits to teens for next few days. Just got above them -0 temps. Why I had to fix a small section of line.

The repair area is being kept as warm as possible. Was repaired per all instruction with all CPVC parts n primer/glue around 5PM EST.

When can I turn the water back on safley without risking a blow out?

I doubt either 4hrs at 30F or 8hrs at 15F would be the same as 2hrs at 60F, and 16hrs at 7.5F (single digits) would assure freezing. My best guess is to just turn the water on and give the line a try ... and I bet you will be okay since only the first 20 or 30 minutes is truly critical.
