Taco SR501 switching relay.

How hard is it for the average joe to wire this. If im reading it right I run the electric feed in to the Hot and neutral posts then a wire from the the number 4 post and the nuetral to the circulator and then a wire to the boiler from the 5 and 6 post? I think thats right but figured id throw it out at all of you.
