I am about to install a new champion 4. There is a plastic sleeve in the bowl where the tank outlet goes. The instructions call it the manifold within the waterway. The sleeve has a DO NOT REMOVE sticker on it but it fits poorly and I'm sure will not seal with the rubber gasket. Any suggestions?
