Caroma Caravelle streaks

I purchased a Caroma Caravelle 6 months ago and now have 2 blue streaks from the top to the bottom of the bowl at the back that will not come off. What would get these off?

Also the water splashes out of the bowl when flushed - it this normal?

Do you use any blue cleaners in the tank? if so, stop.

The splashing on that model has been reported before...I don't think yours is unique.

Nope, no blue cleaners and the previous toilet had no stains after 20 years so this is a mystery.
